1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Menu Craft, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you're using Menu Craft on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. The service
Menu Craft lets restaurants digitize their menus, share them via QR code, and see basic analytics. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & billing
Menu Craft is $10 USD per month per restaurant after a 14-day free trial. You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all menu content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service. You're responsible for making sure your content is accurate, lawful, and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Menu Craft to: violate laws, infringe IP, post misleading prices or allergen info, send spam, attempt to break or probe the service, or scrape data that isn't yours.
7. AI features
Menu Craft uses AI to extract menus from photos, generate dish images, and power diner search. AI output can be imperfect — always review extracted content (especially prices and allergens) before publishing. You are responsible for what you publish.
8. Termination
You can delete your restaurant at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, or for non-payment, with reasonable notice where practical.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Menu Craft is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
